The requirement was to extend this detached home on the ground floor toward the rear garden to create a contemporary kitchen, family room and separate utility as a holistic solution on plan and in three dimension.

The brief was to remodel and extend this existing detached house to create an open plan modern family room, kitchen and study with a bedroom suite in place of the existing garage. The spaces were rearranged to flow better while maintaining privacy for different uses of the family home.

A small development proposing to primarily convert an existing disused Water Tower into habitable units. New art-deco style blocks of apartments have been sensitively designed to sit around it.
