Extension | Alteration

This project was for the alteration and extension of an unusual, characterful 3 bed detached property to bring it up to date while tailoring it to suit the clients requirements. On the ground floor, a new kitchen and family space explored the possibility of a sunken space but resulted in a single level to match the rest of the floor. A new self contained unit was designed to site above the garage with a link to the house. The aesthetic of the new build was detailed to compliment the main house.
