Extension | Alteration

This project was for altering and extending a 3 bed semi-detached home to better suit the clients requirements. On the ground floor, the living room was extended to the rear along with the small kitchen which was also extended to the side, with patio doors connecting the inside and outside. A new utility was incorporated into part of the original garage with the left over retained as a small store with the original garage doors in place.  On the first floor a large new bedroom was proposed over the existing garage.
