Presently a characterful 4-bed semi-detached, wide-front family home within the Selly Park conservation area. Having obtained the necessary statutory permissions, work on this project has began primarily to transform the existing rear area from a single storey conservatory to a feature two-storey extended open-plan Kitchen & Family Living with a new Games room beneath, linked to the currently disused cellar which is to become a Bedroom suite with a new terrace leading up to the main rear garden. A new side extension on the first floor will create a spacious Bedroom suite, and the Loft too is to become the Master Bedroom suite, with further internal alterations on all floors creating a well proportioned 5-bed home. The main design element is the proposed two-storey cylindrical glazed structure that is to replace the existing traditional conservatory.
