This is an existing 3 bed semi-detached family home, requiring remodelling to better suit the requirements of its owners. The main aim was to create a larger footprint on the ground floor to enable an open plan living / dining space linked to the kitchen that opened out (with steps going up) into the raised garden, and alterations and an extension on the first floor to create a more spacious layout with 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom and ensuite, and a continuation of the staircase to access a new bedroom in the Loft.
